Half way through 2009 and only just using it now!

Hey there Mandy-Joan readers...

Yes, yes I do feel like I'm talking to no-one but myself.
I hope to change that soon =)

How I built my site:

Stage Two - Part Two

Just then, I went through some settings in Administer and made categories within my categories... for example... within my Photo Albums, I made different photo albums.. such as Family and Friends, Camps, etc. In My Blog, I made a section for blogs about how I made my site (so that is what this blog will be under), and within the How I Built My Site section there is Installation, Configuration and Design. I also made it so that I could choose to put one of these blog posts under multiple choices in that category.

Stage Two of Mandy's Site

I have now added some modules to my site and configured them! This has allowed me to have more sections added across the top of my site... such as "About Mandy", "Contact Me", "My Blog", Photo Albums" and "Site Map"! I am now looking forward to filling those sections with my stuff! My stories, my photos and what not.

How I built my site:

In The Beginning ....... of Mandy's site

What have I done with my site so far? First up I got a domain name!- (thanks Tim!). Next I started mucking around with some html on my site, wrote some content with html coding, uploaded a photo onto my site, some links, told the links to open their pages in a new window, and other little tricky things like that. From there I got a Drupal account to use for building my site. Then I brainstormed. Mapped out what content I wanted on my site, where I wanted it and what things I wanted linked to each other, things like that.
